Covid-19 guidelines

• Staff wear visors at all times and all clients must wear a mask upon entering the salon and for the duration of their time in the salon.  If a client does not have their own, Belle Femme will supply them one at a cost of £1.00.
• Upon arrival, clients will be asked to wash their hands. Hand sanitisers are also available for use in the salon.  Staff will have clean and sanitised hands at all times.  All treatment rooms, work stations and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after every client.
• Clients having hand and/or foot treatments will have new nail files and buffers used to carry out their treatments. Clients will be charged cost price per nail file and/or buffer used.  Client may bring these back for therapist to re-use for future appointments.
• Clients must only arrive at appointment time booked.  Clients must wait outside the salon to be seen to.  Belle Femme does not have a waiting area inside the salon
• Client must not be accompanied by any other person/s including children. If they are, they will be asked to wait outside the salon.
• Water only is served in disposable cups.  Belle Femme does not supply reading material, however, the client may provide their own.
• Clients are not permitted to use the toilet.
• Gift cards must be purchased online only.
• Bookings are to be made over the phone or online only.
• Belle Femme does not treat walk ins. We are an appointment only salon.
• If a client is unwell, they must cancel and rebook their appointment. If a client enters the salon and is unwell, Belle Femme will be unable to carry out their treatment and will kindly ask the client to leave.
• All treatments have been increased by £1.00.  This is to cover the extra cost of PPE and price increase in stock.  PPE and disposable towels are compulsory to carry out treatments.  All prices have been updated on our website.
• When booking an appointment, the client will be emailed a Covid-19 consultation form which must be completed and emailed back to Belle Femme in order to confirm their treatment.
