Belle Femme was originally established in 2012 as a mobile salon service by Director and Senior Therapist, Ash Rusit. With a continued flow of loyal and satisfied clientele, Ash was able to fulfil her long term goal of opening her own salon. This was something she had set her mind to at just 16 years of age. Fulfilling this long term achievement is a testament to how invested she is in maintaining the high level of service that enabled her to build a stable and consistent client base.

Since the opening of the salon in 2016, the team has expanded to ensure that Belle Femme can offer their clients a huge range of treatments and the latest in salon technologies. Each member of the team has their own varied skill set and they all share the same approach when it comes to service and creating a space that clients will continue to come back to. This small team of highly skilled professionals believe in creating a family-like ambience to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment is had when visiting the salon, all the while ensuring that the service is of the highest standard possible.

Meet our team

ASH RUSIT – DIRECTOR/ SENIOR THERAPIST

In her 13 years experience, Ash has worked in both Therapist and Management roles across a number of established Salons. It was in 2012 that she became a mobile therapist and set up ‘Belle Femme’ before the demand for her service grew exponentially and allowed her to open the salon in 2016.

As the business owner, Ash enjoys taking a hands on approach in the running of the salon and continues to work as a Senior Therapist, offering her own experience and multifaceted skill set to her clients. She is particularly competent with Gel Nails and Bio Sculpture but also offers the following services to a high degree; waxing, laser hair removal, LVL and dermaplaning as well as Fake Bake spray tanning. She is also qualified as a Dermalogica Skin Specialist. Her wealth of experience is continually applied to the business as well as its standards and expansion of services.

MEL KYPRIANOU – MANAGER

As the Manager at Belle Femme, Mel believes in bringing a personal touch to the smooth and efficient running of the salon. Customer satisfaction is something she personally ensures through consistent quality control and open communication.

Mel was a leading Makeup Artist and Manager in one of London’s top Photographic Studios for over 8 years, coupled with her freelance work in Fashion and Bridal Makeup, she has developed an extensive knowledge not just in makeup but also in customer service and leading industry standards. She will always provide a strong recommendation where required and will ensure that client needs are met on every occasion.

Her experience in busy Central London Photographic Studios has meant that Mel is used to keeping a tight ship even in the most fast paced of environments. She applies this substantial experience to Belle Femme to guarantee that clients receive not only a good service but a time efficient visit with appointments that work around their lifestyle and commitments.

LEANNA COLEMAN – SENIOR THERAPIST

Leanna has worked in top salons and spas for over 9 years. Her motivation to work within the beauty industry is derived from her own personal experience with problematic skin conditions, which led to low self esteem. As someone with first hand experience when it comes to inner and outer transformations, Leanna has established herself as a leading skin care specialist using her exceptional skills and experience to help others understand and treat a variety of skin complaints.

Leanna is a certified Dermalogica Therapist who specialises in facial treatments but has an enormous amount of meticulous skill and experience in services such as; threading, dermaplaning, LVL, Bio Sculpture and OPI Gel. Leanna is also particularly proficient when it comes to waxing, not only with her speed and the minimising of pain, she can guarantee a smooth finish with 100% hair removal and absolutely no trauma to the skin.

Her personal experience has been paramount in the development of her extremely advanced skills. She is widely considered to be the absolute pinnacle of what a Senior Therapist should be. When booking with Leanna, a client can be assured they are in expert hands.

LEMA AHMET – BEAUTY THERAPIST

Expertly trained at The London College of Beauty Therapy, one of the most reputable schools in the country, Lema worked in their on site salon for three years before moving on to professional salons for a further three years. With her extensive training and product knowledge, Lema has already established her own loyal client base which continues to grow.

Having reached Level 4 in Laser Hair Removal, Lema is a specialist in this area. She has also attained a high level of training and experience in dermaplaning, threading, LVL, OPI Gel and Bio Sculpture. She is also avid and thorough with her facials as she is a certified Dermalogica Therapist.

LORENA SPANU – MASSAGE & SKIN SPECIALIST

With more than 15 years experience, Lorena is a true expert in her field. As a Level 3 Skin Specialist, she is able to diagnose and treat conditions such as rosacea, eczema and acne among others. Lorena has successfully treated many problematic skin conditions throughout her work with her many private clients and as part of the team at a 5 star spa.

Having trained at the highly reputable London College of Massage, Lorena covers a huge range of massage technique including; Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage as well as the exceptionally innovative CBD Massage.
