Cancellation Policy
Please notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment should you wish to cancel your booking out of courtesy to the salon and other clientele. Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your appointment fee.
No show
If you fail to attend an appointment without any notification of cancellation and would like to make another booking, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment fee and a 50% deposit of your following appointment fee will be required to rebook.
