Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will be charged in full.
No show
If you fail to attend an appointment without any notification of cancellation and would like to make another booking, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment service and a 50% deposit for the following appointment will be required to rebook.
